Why benzoyl peroxide isn't the best as an acne treatment

School and study can be stressful. It can also be difficult to find focus in our over-stimulated world (or when the sun is shining outside and the beach is calling).  Finding natural ways to manage stress, anxiety and improve focus while studying for exams is something we are always keen to learn more about.
