Australian Deliveries
We ship to anywhere in Australia.
$10 Standard shipping rates on all orders under $50
Free Standard shipping on all orders over $50
$15 Express shipping
We do our best to get deliveries out to you as quickly as possible, most orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment.
Express shipping orders placed before midday Australian Eastern Time will go out on the same day. Express shipping orders placed after midday will go out the next day.
Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option and your location (for example, metro or rural). Products may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Australia Post and Courier delivery times are out of our control.

We ship to anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Free shipping on all orders over £50
£8 Express shipping
Most orders leave the warehouse on the day that you order and payment is processed. For next day delivery, orders must be in before 4pm Monday - Friday (British Summer Time or GMT). Standard shipping generally takes 2 - 3 days. Express shipping generally takes 1 - 2 days. Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or alternative couriers.

Refunds & Returns Policy
We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant consumer protection legislation.
We do not offer any returns or refunds for change of mind.
If you purchased our products directly from us and they arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. It is helpful if you describe the damage or fault (photos help!) so we can ensure it doesn't happen again.
Our team will ensure that the replacement or refund will be processed promptly and payment for any refund will be made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
If you purchased our products from another retailer or wholesaler, you will need to contact them to request any refunds or returns. If, after aiming to resolve the matter directly with that retailer, you are not satisfied with their handling or resolution of the matter, then please contact us to let us know.
