• Eucalyptus is traditionally used for relief of nasal and sinus congestion.
•Add several drops to a bowl of warm water for steam inhalation (use with caution and adult supervision). Mix with a carrier oil and massage onto the chest. Rub a few drops between palms, hold over the nose, and inhale deeply.
• Blend with coconut or almond oil and massage directly onto the skin for tired muscles.
•Add to bath to relax and tend to tired muscles.
•Lovely in your home diffuser to create a beautiful fragrance, freshen the air .
• Spot treatment applied directly onto skin or dilute with water for larger areas .
