All our essential oils are grown and steam distilled on our own farms in Western Australia and New South Wales. From soil to oil, we manage the entire process ourselves to guarantee purity and potency.
Ours are grown for potency, not just yield. Our Tea Tree carries a high concentration of terpinen-4-ol (its key active), and our Blue Mallee Eucalyptus is exceptionally high in cineole, both well above what you'll typically find in imported or blended oils.
Yes. Our formulas are made without parabens, sulphates, benzoyl peroxide, synthetic fragrance, petroleum or turpentine, just plant-based ingredients doing the work.
We ship anywhere in Australia. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150 ($12 under $150), and express shipping is $18. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and delivery generally takes 2-14 days depending on your location.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 30 days of purchase (photos help) and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
If you purchased through one of our stockists or another retailer, please contact them directly first. If you're not satisfied with how that's handled, reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
Our oils are potent, so we recommend a patch test before first use and diluting with a carrier oil for sensitive areas. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or using on young children, please check with your healthcare provider first.
