Massage over chest, throat, back and pulse points. Can also apply to soles of feet before bed. For children under the age of 2, speak with your health care professional. Keep the lid on when not in use.

Remove lid, gently place the top of the inhaler at entrance to nostril and inhale. Repeat on other nostril. Use as needed throughout the day. Store in a cool dry place. Use within 3 months of opening. Best used within 30 days of opening for maximum strength. Not suitable for children under the age of 2. For children aged 2-6 ask your health care provider. Avoid sharing the nasal inhaler with other people.
