Remove lid, gently place the top of the inhaler at entrance to nostril and inhale. Repeat on other nostril. Use as needed throughout the day. Store in a cool dry place. Use within 3 months of opening. Best used within 30 days of opening for maximum strength. Not suitable for children under the age of 2. For children aged 2-6 ask your health care provider. Avoid sharing the nasal inhaler with other people.
