*The Forest Lungs Vapour Stick* Massage over chest, throat, back and pulse points. Can also apply to soles of feet before bed. For children under the age of 2, speak with your health care professional. Keep the lid on when not in use. *The Forest Lungs Nasal Inhaler* Remove lid, gently place the top of the inhaler at entrance to nostril and inhale. Repeat on other nostril. Use as needed throughout the day. Store in a cool dry place. Use within 3 months of opening. Best used within 30 days of opening for maximum strength. Not suitable for children under the age of 2. For children aged 2-6 ask your health care provider. Avoid sharing the nasal inhaler with other people. *The Forest Lungs Steam Inhaler* Dissolve one inhaler (remove the plastic first) in a large heat proof bowl a third full with hot water and place face about 20cm over the steam with eyes closed and inhale through nose. Place a towel over your head and bowl to keep a concentrated steam area.
