When we feel stuck in life, how would you encourage people to keep following their yes and curiosity to do what they love and what they want to spend time truly exploring (as you yourself have said you just follow your yes)?
I can often get stuck and in a loop creating a stagnant feeling, however, I always force myself to move, and exercise. Movement by nature, gets the blood flow pumping and can immediately shift that energy around and often out of the body. I always like to find myself in nature, by the ocean, at the beach, simultaneously solar charging in order to raise my vibration, and energy, to get perspective, stay light and present, give myself a chance to breathe and ultimately recorrect and break that stagnant loop.
These little rituals reconnect us to our essence, and intuition, which is the spark we need to find that yes, and foster optimism that encourages curiosity. To consciously be aware to decide to find the yes and search for more makes you realise you do control your reaction to your situation, and can really flip the script.
We all know a low stuck feeling gets us nowhere, and the quicker we realise we are in that loop, we know to break it by doing the little things that bring joy, to turn the situation around. That yes feeling can be just as infectious as wallowing in what isnβt.Β

Youβve described yourself as a hustler, and that sometimes you didnβt always take stock or take time to breathe, do you do that now and how do you remind yourself to break patterns and what do you do to take stock or slow down?
To expand on what Iβve mentioned aboveβ¦ In addition to being out in nature, I like to be near the ocean to see the limitless horizon, to horizon gaze to realise how big the world and all our possibilities are, to solar charge, and get energy from lifeβs greatest source. I also do meaningful practices of burning candles, sage and Palo Santo to bring myself back to present time. Β I also love solo sessions in my sauna to really sit with myself, shut out from the world, and focus on being quiet and contained. This really helps with bringing clarity and calm in my somewhat chaotic schedule.Β
There are always little voices at play in my mind questioning my value and worth, but I have to believe in myself and my skill set.
When you start new things, like P.E. Nation and now Pip Edwards & Co, what motivates you and do you have stories you have to overcome to get yourself to keep going if you ever have doubts or feel less confident?
Of course there are doubts. There are always little voices at play in my mind questioning my value and worth, but I have to believe in myself and my skill set. I find great help from the people I surround myself with. My very close circle of best friends and especially my partner, have been my greatest strengths of late to remind me of what I sometimes lose sight of when starting a new career path. My friend network and family are great sound boards. That combined with the realisation that I chose these reinvention moments to start new things, so I have to commit to them if I want to grow and expand and elevate.Β
Wellness is such an industry now, and such a broad term and it means different things to different people, what does wellness (in a nutshell) mean to you? Β
To me, wellness is about balance, energy and now longevity. Itβs about feeling strong in my body, clear in my mind, grounded in who I am, with calm, peace and happiness. As a mother, founder, creative and partner, I live a very full fast paced life. Wellness allows me to sustain that pace without losing myself in it. Itβs not just physical health or looking good, which of course that is a part of it, but itβs more about understanding and connecting with my body, protecting my energy and nurturing my nervous system, making conscious choices that support how I want to live my life. Wellness is about freedom - the freedom to move, create, connect, enjoy life and continue evolving.

When putting topical lotions and potions on your body, have you always thought about what is in them or is this something you have started to pay more attention to now and why is it important to you?
Β
Now that Iβm more across information and effects of chemicals, especially as Iβm in menopause, and am now more aware of this than ever, it has definitely become a huge consideration as we know our skin is our largest organ of the body. If Iβm so concerned about whatβs in the lotions and serums I put on my face for anti-ageing, I then too must consider what I put on body.

A piece of advice you have offered is that how we treat people is our biggest asset. What is your approach when people donβt treat you or others in a way that matches your own moral compass? How do we stay true when things may hang on the line particularly in important business settings or business relationships that may not be so easy to walk away from?
Β
For years I now know I tolerated and accepted sub-par treatment, in fact allowed treatment that was to my detriment creating emotional anxiety and unnecessary stress because I couldnβt find the voice to stand in my truth. It took years of it chipping away at me until I broke. I did years of therapy around my self-worth and lack of and how that actually impacted a lot of my personal and business decisions. So now after unpacking that all and understanding the why, there is just no way I will ever ignore my nervous system and my gut around how I feel in any situation. I will entertain a situation but once it crosses a line, itβs a very obvious pivot for me. We all know what our limits are, we just have to listen to our body and service ourselves first.Β
