RELIEVE NASAL CONGESTION Add several drops of eucalyptus to a bowl of warm water and hold your face over the steam and inhale through the nose. Be careful using hot water and keep a safe distance from the steam. Always use with adult supervision. Can also use ETTO Forest Lungs Eucalyptus Steam Inhalers. Combine a few drops with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil, and massage into chest. Add 2-3 drops to your palms and rub hands together, hold over nose and inhale deeply, rinse hands. FOR MUSCLES & JOINTS. Combine one to 2 drops of eucalyptus oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and massage directly onto skin TO PROTECT, PREVENT, & RELIEVE Use as an alternative to alcohol & iodine-based solutions. Apply two drops of eucalyptus or tea tree oil to a cotton bud and dab onto skin. For larger areas, dilute 5 drops with 50ml of water and use a cotton cloth or pad to apply gently FOR PROBLEM SKIN & BODY BREAKOUTS - Tea Tree Oil Apply 2 drops of Tea Tree Oil to a cotton bud and dab directly on skin or dilute 5 drops with 50ml of water and use a cotton cloth or pad to apply gently to larger areas. Combine several drops of Tea Tree with a carrier oil suitable for your skin, such as coconut, avocado, or macadamia, and massage into skin to repair, soothe and calm. Ideal post shaving, post sun exposure, for body breakouts, or as invigorating hydration post shower. Add several drops to a bowl of warm water and hold your face over the steam and allow it to cleanse and purify your pores. FOR ITCHY SCALPS & FEET - Tea Tree Oil Suitable for itchy and flaky scalps. Cleanse loose dandruff from hair. May defend against head lice. Suitable for use on itchy and sweaty feet and problem toenails. Place a normal amount of shampoo in your hand and add 3-5 drops of Tea Tree oil. Or combine with a carrier oil such as coconut and massage onto head and hair roots, leave in to help soothe and rebalance scalp. Leave in for 20 minutes or a few hours before washing your hair as normal. Place a few drops into hats before school or group activities. Place 10-20 drops in bowl of water and soak feet. Or add a few drops to a cotton bud and dab onto toenails directly. USE FOR A VARIETY OF ROUTINES AROUND YOUR HOME Use to clean household surfaces, to neutralise odours in bins, toilets, pet areas, boats, linen cupboards, wardrobes and damp or stale areas. -Add a few drops to your toilet bowl and to your toilet brush holder -Add a few drops to some cotton balls and place at the bottom of your bin or in cupboards -Add baking soda, vinegar, and a several drops of Eucalyptus oil into your sink to help deodorise and clear drains -Add several drops to your washing machine or wool dryer balls as a laundry freshener -Add a teaspoon to 250ml of water in a spray bottle as a home cleaner -Add several drops to your bucket when mopping floors -Add to your oil diffuser to purify and freshen the air in your personal space -Add a few drops to a cloth and wipe over phones, remotes, keys, computer keyboards & mice, and over grimy spots on walls and light switches. STORAGE Pure Eucalyptus and Tea Tree oils need to be protected from light and air to stay potent and fresh. Our bespoke glass bottle is shaded black to block the light. Please keep the lid secured tight to keep out the air. Store away from sunlight in a cool dry place. Always store upright. Use within 12 months of opening to avoid irritation.
