Much research has been done in recent years that has demonstrated the widespread biological activities of eucalyptus oil and its major naturally occurring component 1,8-cineole. ETTO Blue Mallee Euclayptus (Eucalyptus polybractea) oil contains 84% cineole compared to the commonly used Eucalyptus globulus which only contains around 60%.
