- Dissolve in a large heat proof bowl of hot water and place face about 20cm over the steam with eyes closed and inhale through nose. Place a towel over your head and bowl to keep a concentrated steam area. For extra potency, add 2-3 drops of ETTO Blue Mallee Eucalyptus Pure Oil.

- Relieve Nasal Congestion: Add several drops to a bowl of warm water for steam inhalation (use with caution and adult supervision). Mix with a carrier oil and massage onto the chest. Rub a few drops between palms, hold over the nose, and inhale deeply.
- For Muscles & Joints: Blend with coconut oil and massage directly onto the skin.
- Protect, Prevent, & Relieve: Substitute for alcohol or iodine-based solutions. Apply directly to the skin with a cotton bud or dilute for larger areas.
